Our Center

Center for Climate Change, Natural Resources and Energy of the University of Donja Gorica is a scientific, research and educational institution, whose work is aimed to contribute in solving problems caused by climate change and environmental degradation, based on scientific data and applied research in all areas of the Green Agenda (Chapter 27 – Environment And Climate Change and Cluster 4 – Green Agenda and Sustainable Mobility).

Center was founded in 2017 with the great support of Rajendra K. Pachauri, winner of the Nobel Prize in the capacity of Chairman of the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC).

Centar was founded at 2017. at the University of Donja Gorica

Our mission is to contribute to the integration of the mega trends of the green agenda into the principles of economic growth and development, through a multidisciplinary approach in solving environmental problems and the climate crisis, research, education, innovation and information.

Center has a developed external multidisciplinary network of collaborators consisting of researchers from the fields of: economics, biology, chemistry, physics, geography, sociology, law, engineering, IT, as well as representatives of the business sector and the media.
